The staff and Dr. Wilson were consistently courteous, professional AND endearing to me during my visits. I was seen on time and treated with a respect and sense of value that is, unfortunately, not common place in most physician’s offices. Your staff and Dr. Wilson remind me of Dr. Krist’s office, who recommended you to me for the implant. As a patient, you will often tolerate the tardiness of a doctor, a less than affable staff all because you want to see this doctor who comes so highly recommended. In your office, I get the best of both worlds. High quality medical services and world class treatment. PS You guys should conduct seminars for physicians and their support staff on how to operate their business. Most medical offices would do well to emulate your professional and courteous treatment of patients.

Lovely office on Davis Island easily accessible, even amongst neighboring roadway construction. Dr. Waite and his staff are top of the line. Their knowledge, professionalism and timeliness ensure friendly, productive and comfortable office visits every time.

Dr. Wilson:

Purpose of this letter is to congratulate you on the great job you did on the gum surgery to make my smile more attractive.

Recall that I asked you if it would hurt? Not much, you said. When I told my skeptical husband of this, he trotted out to the old physicians line about “mild discomfort”. He said mild discomfort really means it will hurt so bad that you need to call the physician in the middle of the night!

My husband was wrong about the pain! Of course, you used the local anesthetic during the surgery, and sent me home with directions to use Over-The-Counter pain relievers for a few days. The evening of the operation, after the “local” wore off, I had sensations around the stitches. That is, I was conscious of the stitches. No pain then. No pain later either. I was eating ordinary bite sized food the next day!

Dr. Waite and his staff are amazing! I went to the wrong office, completely my fault, and they still let me come in for my procedure even though I was going to be about an hour late…and it was late afternoon on the day before Thanksgiving! They were so great about answering all of my questions. Dr Waite took the time to explain everything to me and worked on my tooth until it was done to his satisfaction. He knew I was concerned about getting too much numbing medication and made sure to give me the perfect amount. Jessica gave me lots of good info and tips before and after the procedure. She also gave me a blanket, so I’d be warm and comfortable for the procedure. I can tell that Dr. Waite and his staff really care about their patients. I really felt like they went over and above!

Just a note of thanks and encouragement for future patients. I can honestly say that I was worried when my dentist said it would be best for me to have an implant. After our initial meeting I felt confident that you would do a great job. What I didn’t expect was a great job without pain. You and your staff created an atmosphere of relaxation and excellence. I know that in the future when I hear those words from my dentist, “you should have an implant” I will be in good hands and on cruise control.

Dr. Waite is by far the BEST Dentist in the world. He is kind, gentle, informative, assuring, confident, patient, and he is more than willing to spend as much time with you as you need. He never acts like he is in a hurry to move on to the next patient. He is such a sweet and kind soul. All of the staff follow in his footsteps. I highly recommend him as the ONLY Periodontist you should see!!!! Hands down.

I was treated in a very professional manner. I arrived shortly before my appointment and after updating my medical history, was called into the examining room. An X-ray was then taken and shortly thereafter Dr. Waite came in examined me and explained what was happening, good and bad. Altogether, I out of the office in about 15 minutes which I consider to be excellent.

Thank you for doing such an incredible job pulling my wisdom tooth the other day. It’s very seldom that I feel compelled to write a letter like this, but you’ve really earned it.

My extraction was a little trickier than the norm but you made it look easy. Your professionalism made the whole process comfortable and painless. I have already told all of my friends, family (and anyone else who would listen) what a positive experience I had. I can only hope that they will take my advice and see you for there dental needs if they truly want the best.

I arrived on time and was acknowledged immediately. I was taken almost immediately to a room and seated comfortably. I was here for an extraction and after receiving details of what would happen and something to reduce the pain and numb the area, Dr. Waite completed the task very quickly. I received further instructions and a nice chocolate/banana smoothie for the road. I was out of the office within 45 minutes. Well done!

I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate everything you have done for me. You have all done so much. I have said this before, and I will say it again. You have given me my smile back. For years I didn’t smile, I was embarrassed to even talk to people at times because my teeth were so bad. You have essentially given me my life back again. I’m sure some people won’t understand this. Maybe they’ll think it isn’t a big deal to have missing teeth. But, until they have gone through it, they won’t understand. I was dreading my appointment today after having a bad experience recently with my regular dentist. Dr Waite and Hope explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable every step of the way. This place is a class act and they do things the right way down to every little detail. They even used my own platelets to speed up the healing process. Dr Waite has certainly perfected his speciality…phenomenal surgeon & amazing client interaction! Hope is absolutely wonderful, very detailed in her work and extremely caring. What dentist gives you his cell phone number, Dr Waite does! What dentist sings to you to calm your nerves, Dr Waite does! After my procedure I actually walked out smiling, I was so relieved that everything went just as they said it would and with no pain, I couldn’t help but smile. Had a procedure done. Was extremely nervous but everyone made sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Waite is amazing.. I did not feel a thing and was shocked at how quickly it all went.

I had no idea just how complex my dental issues were until Dr. Wilson graciously led me through the process, I might add with lots of patience, kindness, and compassion. Somehow with my very limited knowledge of dentistry he was able to help ease my concerns and fears! I’m so very grateful for that!
